Cofounders are not mature enough. A lot of reorgs. The review system is brutal. Long working hours.

Mixed leadership and interesting challenges in backend roles

Pros: WLB can be good depending on the team. Overall, the business is doing well, and there are interesting challenges in backend roles.
Cons: Questionably competent leadership in multiple orgs can be difficult to do cross-org work. Big decisions are frequently revisited for no real reason. Lots of time is lost to restating the same things and agreeing on the same direction repeatedly.
