Process
It was a positive overall experience. Stripe trains its interviewers really well, and they are professional throughout.
I do wish the last interview could be broken into several parts. Not passing one part seems to mean an automatic "no." Why go through another 3-4 hours of interviews if you didn't pass the first part?
Other than that, I enjoyed the interview process because it felt like they were evaluating candidates holistically.
