Very friendly, nice people and a pleasant experience. They really seemed to care about you and your career during the process. The atmosphere was very professional.

Unfortunately, overall, I had a bad experience. In my situation, the projects provided for two of my "hands-on" interviews had multiple problems compiling and running on my personal computer (which I assume isn't what they were testing for, but I could be wrong). The interviewers had little or no help to offer in overcoming these issues.

My advice is to ask for specific tools and language versions upfront and to make sure they are installed and configured on your computer.

On-site, there was a five-part interview:

• Integration: You write some tests against an API they provide.
• Debugging: You check out a project they give you and fix a bug.
• Frontend: You build a simple UI.
• Algorithm-focused: A somewhat algorithm-focused component.
• Manager/Impact: A manager or impact-focused discussion.

It was very hands-on and very practical.
