Interview styles were very inconsistent between interviewers. Some were friendly and helpful, while others were extremely cold.
Time limits were also inconsistent. One interviewer cut me off with 20 minutes left, while another left 5 minutes at the end.
This was not a strictly standard algorithms and data structures interview either. The debugging and practical portions were very hard to prepare for.
