Process
There were two rounds.
The first was a managerial round with typical questions like "Why do you want to leave your current organization?", "Why do you want to join Stripe?", and "Explain your current project."
Round two was to design a rate limiter. I wrote it in C++, and the test cases were passing. I'm not sure why I received a rejection.
