Pros: Good engineering group, freedom for work.
Cons: Too many middle managers, too much focus on nonexistent metrics polluting the actual work being done. Small changes developers turn in are shipped via email. I've seen ship mails where they changed a data type from integer to double and found some wins.

Not too many ORMs.
Cons: Bad managers and too much politics. Not much actual work being done. Just peacocking about who can write more docs.
