Process
The process was clear, nice, and considerably fast. All steps and expectations were communicated to me at all times. Everyone was polite and open to answering all questions.
By far, this was the best process I've experienced. It consisted of:
- One phone screen with a recruiter.
- One online programming exercise pairing.
- On-site interviews (five, plus lunch).
Questions
It was basically questions about my career expectations and coding challenges.
I didn't have to do anything at home.
I had a bug squash and two programming challenges.
