At first we just talked about background and then there was a pretty easy problem on HackerRank. Interviewer asked me to share my screen and code the problem. It had 3 levels of the same question which kept getting harder.

Pros: - Always something to work on.
- People are very smart and knowledgeable, while also easygoing.
- Great compensation and benefits.
Cons: Constant firefighting. It feels like there are a bunch of incidents every day, and it takes away opportunities to get adequate mentorship and help.
Growing pains. Plenty of re-orgs.
