Creative interview process, but unfortunately, that makes the whole process unfair and luck-based. For example, they have a BugSquash & Integration round, where you are expected to write code in the IDE with an existing repository. In my case, the IDE didn’t work well due to the unsupported JDK from that repository, and I wasted a lot of time fixing that.
And they penalized me for that. This kind of interview process introduces unfairness and luck. That’s why big techs like Google and Amazon never tried to have instrumentation in the first place.
