Had a first-round technical coding interview. Had to format CSV data to make it workable and then create functions to create a specific formatted output. Overall not that bad, but working with the messy data took time.

Amazing engineers to learn from.
Cons: - Code quality is low.
- High stress environment.
- Promo in 3 years or get piped.
- No point of getting promoted on old pay bands: more responsibility for minimal pay bump.
- PIP culture is real.
