* Mandatory 15% PME every 6 months.
* Four to five reorgs a year, and many people exit then.
* Managers are encouraged to ‘exit’ new employees within weeks of starting. Woo hoo!
* Nasty dog-eat-dog culture, and a matter of time before external perception catches up with internal.
* Internal Blind is a bloodbath, worse than Amazon according to folks who’ve worked at both firms.
