I had a very nice interview experience at Stripe.
For programming questions, I used my laptop to implement the solutions. For design questions, we used a whiteboard.
I liked the interviewers and the questions.
Questions
Fixed a bug from a Git repository that they provided. I got to choose the language the repository used.

Pros: Stripe continues to have a lot of growth potential. Stripe's business model is such that we make money when our users make money (vs. say, a company that depends on advertising revenue), so I feel like we really care about our users.
The company spends a lot of effort/time to develop a vibrant and healthy culture that values people and promotes team cohesion.
Cons: Work and teams move very fast, so be prepared for organizational growth and team movement.
