Process
Stripe prides itself on not using LeetCode, and honestly, it's one of the best interview loops I've ever had. Even if I didn't get the role, I'd still rate it positively, as it's a breath of fresh air.
My loop consisted of:
- Talking to HM
- Phone Screen
- Onsite (Bug bash, integration, system design, coding, and behavioral)
- Offer
Both the phone screen and onsite consisted of multi-step problems. Your biggest challenge is time, and you don't need to worry about runtime complexity until all parts are finished, or whenever it fits.
