I applied for both intern and new grad positions. For intern, I went through the whole process (coding assessment, technical, virtual onsite with two technicals, manager chat). The virtual onsite were more challenging.

Pros: I really enjoy working here overall. Everyone is friendly and helpful; work is interesting, and I have a lot of heads-down time for technical work.

Pros: Pay, benefits (though they’ve been nerfed recently), remote flexibility, interesting and challenging work, and high potential for impact. I do adore most of my peers, and they teach me a lot. I’m better because of the quality of other Stripes.
Cons: Priorities do seem to change a lot. Politics can be a bit annoying from the exec and MoMs. On-call rotations can be annoying. All the drama around liquidity events and when I'll be able to sell stock, etc., etc., is less than desirable.
Hate the performance review process, but I don't know of a solution.
