After the phone screen, there was a coding challenge. It wasn't too difficult; it was more about speed and good coding practices. However, I wasn't feeling my best, so I ran out of time before finishing.

A simple call was scheduled with a tech screener via video Zoom call using an online coding pad. The usual format of introductions, questions, and Q&A was followed. It was comfortable, but the interviewer remained rather quiet.

We had an on-site meeting, a few whiteboard questions about architectural reasoning, and a pair programming session. They reached a decision in less than a day, which was definitely a positive thing.
