Best workplace to grow and learn
None as far as I know till now.
Fairly straightforward. I liked that it was lower-pressure and offered lots of opportunities to prove yourself. Overall, I loved most of the interviewers at Stripe – they were easy to talk to!
The questions asked were very insightful, and the interviewers have loads of knowledge and experience. They make the interviewees comfortable. The questions asked are mostly subjective, and answers have to be from the work experience.
Standard process, this was a few years back. 1. Recruiter reached out to me over email. 2. Set up time to chat about the role. 3. Received coding phone screen invitation. 4. Didn't pass. 5. Got a rejection email after that.
