This place is not static. There is a lot of opportunity to learn, and most of what you pick up can be taken to your next role.
Significant disconnect between leadership and the IC. People tend to burn out quickly, depending on the team. Work-life balance is limited, with the motto "work hard, smart, and long."
Negotiate hard. Recruiters will say there's no wiggle room, but they will give it if you're persistent.
Listen to what’s happening on the ground floor, and invest in feedback channels.

I interviewed at their Seattle office. There were 5 interviews plus lunch. Three of them required coding/debugging using a laptop. The interviewers were professional. Overall, a good experience.
Interviews consisted of a phone screen, a technical challenge, then a super day with 5 interviews (3 technical and 2 behavioral). The entire process took approximately 2 weeks from start to finish.
