Pros: Impactful projects, no "fake work", very little bloat, and strong company growth metrics
Cons: Pretty bad at recognizing employees for achievements, and promotes burnout cultures, weekends worked, and late nights. Very focused on growth metrics, which is good for the company and bad for individual career growth.
