I applied online. The process took 4 weeks.
- 15 mins Recruiter Call, where they ask the standard questions.
- 1 hour Technical Interview, OOP. It was not too difficult. It was mainly implementing classes and some methods related to those classes.
- Final Round: 3 Back-to-Back Interviews. The first was a 30 min with a software engineer on your team. That was followed by a 1 hour project deep dive with a manager. Finally, there was a 1 hour presentation to the direction of engineering about a topic that you choose.

Pros: Pros:
- Awesome business model
- Truly cares about fans
- Chris is an awesome CEO
- Terrific c-sat scores
Cons: If you are an engineer or a proponent of modern engineering management, RUN AWAY!! Honestly, if you are not in engineering or product management or engineering operations, you'll love this place.
Engineering organization at StubHub is a genuine Moronocracy, headed by an eBay reject who actively encourages cronyism and politics. In fact, you will do wonderfully if you can suspend all rationality and excel in kissing ass!
The next level below CTO is pure Poison. Three genuine idiots (you know who you are) bereft of skills and maturity of even a junior manager, continue to lead with blatant ignorance and insecurity that makes it a living hell for people who are capable of thinking.
These 3Ms are the root of all things terrible with StubHub and have filled the ranks with more yes men and women than bright, competent, and passionate professionals.
It's truly shameful how they screwed up the work culture and stifled creativity. The sad thing is while there are still a couple of great engineers and managers left, no one listens to them, and most of the good ones have already left.

Pros: Good salary and other benefits. Fast-paced. Developing mobile technologies. Career growth is nice. A good place to work. Experience with so much information. Work-life balance is also ok. Tries to implement good stuff from the parent company.
Cons: Too much politics, which actually hampers productivity.
