Pros: Great leadership, employee empowerment, and good benefits.

Cons: Sometimes short-sighted, and need to look at the bigger picture and improve technology

Pros: - A very competitive salary - Small team sizes - Very quick release cycles so that you feel like you are making an impact quickly - Very much a growing org that has been good to promote internally and make sure you have growth opportunities - Hybrid work, with a carrot approach to get you into the office a few days a week (commuter subsidy and free lunches) - Always stays on the latest technologies

Cons: - Growing pains from the progression from a startup to a real company; - In the New York office, there's not a very good canteen space, so if you want to sit with someone to have lunch and you're not the first there, you probably have to go to the park.

Pros: The best company to work with

Cons: No cons found in StubHub.
