Process
Had a recruiter call and then a hiring manager call. The recruiter had reached out on LinkedIn and didn't respond after reaching out until I followed up a few times. After that, I had a quick call. The recruiter failed to share my resume with the HM that was interviewing me, and they were completely clueless about what I was talking about. Ultimately, this led to a rejection.
It was a very poorly run process and honestly a waste of time for both me and the HM, who didn't really have any idea of my background.
Questions
Deep dive into projects, but I had no idea what projects I worked on.
