- Recruiter screen: The recruiter forgot to call. Even after calling, they took two weeks to get back for the next round.
- Hiring manager round: The hiring manager mentioned in the email was different from the one who joined. They dove deep into the project for 20 to 25 minutes, which was scheduled for 45 minutes.
They sent an automated rejection the next day, even though everything was answered.

Repeated lies about the IPO and valuation.
Literally no transparency.
Shady decisions happen all the time behind closed doors.
Paper money is still useless while management pays themselves millions in bonuses and keeps selling shares.
You're not expected to have a work-life balance.
Backstabbing, toxic environment.
Turnover is high.
