Many challenges exist; P&T leadership is inexperienced and lacks empathy, but there is a lot of work to be done and yet to be invented. If you want to practice pushing ahead, this may be the place.
Your P&T leadership is weak, and they can't build a solid team. Please pay attention to your managers and ICs, or your leaders will be gone. Bet on the right horse. On culture, what you say is what you aspire to, but it is not how it is.
