Terribly incompetent management
- The new CEO is trying to bring about change.
- Great office location in DT San Francisco.
- Zero accountability.
- Perception matters more than actual work. A person who has zero ideas and delivers nothing got promoted to head strategy. You get rewarded if you sound smart and ramble on meeting after meeting without delivering anything.
- Awful tech leadership who keep hiring ex-Amazon people without interviews. The CTO joined a year ago and he still can't give any details on the p&t strategy. The chief of staff doesn't understand the business or tech yet rambles on.
- People doing the work never receive credit.
Get rid of incompetent leaders who deliver nothing.
