- The management team is easy to access, and you can talk to the CTO and directors as long as you want to. Some leaders have a really charming personality that makes you feel so good to work with them.
- People here are overall good and nice to get along with, and they are working hard to get things out.
- Open mind to new technology
- Keeping the process simpler and better
- Good business increase year by year
- It might be hard to find people to learn to.
- Too many voices on a large team or project; it is hard to get consensus.
Find more talented people, and put them on the promising projects and products.

The process was pretty smooth and easy to schedule. The question was more of a coding walkthrough over doing LeetCode problems. So, I looked at the code for a service and talked about how to improve it.

A non-technical person doesn't understand there's more than one way to do things. She's like, "Oh, I'm sorry, you should have used Redgate to monitor transactions. We will not be moving forward." Like, umm, that's one tool out of hundreds. LOL.

The interviewer covered mostly my resume. He asked all sorts of programming questions related to my resume. Few questions were about their application and the process, and what I thought to use to test the application. Overall, it was good.
