I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks.
One of the least rigorous interviews I've been through in recent times, which was pleasant. Though their staff seems unorganized and I was ghosted by my recruiter prior to the onsite so I didn't know what to expect.
Thankfully the technical portion was standard. The staff was very green, and one of my interviewers seemed quite antagonistic and wanted to dig into any work drama I've ever had in the past, and implied anyone could do my job with AI.
That gave me a taste of what it would have been like to work with this person, so I'm not too upset about the rejection, but it would have been a cool product to work on.
Signed an NDA. But think of any kind of standard behavioral questions.
