Process
Basically, there are multiple interviewers. They come to the room one by one. There may be a 15-minute gap between each interviewer, so you are expected to have an on-site interview that lasts around 2 hours. Ironically, the interviewers did not seem to take a look at your resume before bringing you in for an interview. So, don't be surprised if you have some silent moments because they need to look at your resume for 2 or 3 minutes during the process. The interviewers don't even know what position you are applying for.

Even if you don't have an engineering degree, you can get the title of engineer. You can come to work late and you can go home early. You don't need to work OT like others. The director always comes and checks up on you. You also are included in any special email with only the manager. Because you can understand Mandarin, you get trained very well compared to others. Even your manager couldn't speak up for you. Give 2 stars because of my manager who was very nice and professional.
