Pros: Benefits are good. Self-learning and building my own experience.

Cons: Racist toward people that do not speak Mandarin. If you get connection with some of upper management's family, you are treated like a royal member. Even if you don't have an engineering degree, you can get the title of engineer. You can come to work late and you can go home early. You don't need to work OT like others. The director always comes and checks up on you. You also are included in any special email with only the manager. Because you can understand Mandarin, you get trained very well compared to others. Even your manager couldn't speak up for you. Give 2 stars because of my manager who was very nice and professional.

Pros: Decent health benefits, and nothing else.

Cons: No 401k match, an extremely toxic environment, and management that will never have your back, never! Whether you worked 1 year or 30 years in the industry, you get 10 vacation and 5 sick days a year, which is totally old school! Work-life balance; forget that, as there is no such thing.
