Run, don't walk away from this company

Pros: Decent health benefits, and nothing else.
Cons: No 401k match, an extremely toxic environment, and management that will never have your back, never! Whether you worked 1 year or 30 years in the industry, you get 10 vacation and 5 sick days a year, which is totally old school! Work-life balance; forget that, as there is no such thing.

Pros: Relatively new department at SMCI. The team is comprised of young-middle aged, diverse backgrounds, and a supportive supervisor and manager. Health benefits are practically covered 100% by the company.
Cons: Outside of the team, the cons are like most on this platform: low pay even with high experience, and bonuses that are the same for everyone with the same role and seniority. Compensation is NOT based on performance.
