Great company to work for. I am a firmware engineer who worked on issue resolution at first. Later, I was able to join AI Development. Because of my strong network connection, I was able to work on Business Development to leverage customers. These days, I was selected to join our new product, the DCBBS (Data Center Building Block Solutions) Team to expand our company's territory.
Great management team! Great colleagues! Great benefits! Great working environment that allows me to grow. I really feel blessed to work here not only for the great benefits, but I also already got two bonuses in cash/stock a year and one raise in salary every year. Lots of gift cards, celebrations, teambuilding events, and professional trainings.
Parking is a major concern for all buildings. The company keeps growing and acquires lots of buildings. The commute between buildings is another issue for face-to-face meetings, although online meetings are okay most of the time. One more problem is that the conference rooms are not enough.
Need to build a symbolic building like Apple, Google, and Nvidia to show our brand
Build a visitor center because there are more people asking for the tours to see company history, liquid cooling facilities, manufacturing facilities, AI development, and recent DCBBS...
Parking is a big concern. In order to save employees' time to search and look for a parking spot, the company needs to consider building a parking building to accommodate the parking needs.
The traffic is terrible, especially sharing the road with Lumentum and Broadcom. The city needs to redesign the road on Ridder Park Dr, to E. Brokow Rd. (hopefully, the buildings of Lumentum and Broadcom can be purchased)
Not enough conference rooms. So, booth-like standing conference rooms are needed for solo meetings, and it will make the working area much quieter.
The interview process is one-by-one with 7 people: team members, the manager, senior manager, director, and other team members. They ask different questions, including those about hands-on skills, knowledge of this area, presentation ability, and per
All engineers for the interview, no other department people. It was about four groups, and each group had one or two people. They went through my resume and asked me some questions about my senior project.
The HR first contacted me, and we arranged an initial interview with a System Validation Engineer. HR was nice, and the first interview came quickly, which was the next day. It's pretty simple, just asking basic questions. Then, the second interview
