The process involved 6 telephonic rounds and 1 technical assignment.

I found the process to be a little unorganized.

1. My candidature was initially considered for a team that deals with developing services related to logistics optimizations.
2. I went through 5 telephonic rounds and 1 coding assignment.
3. I received a verbal acceptance of my candidature.
4. I sent approximately 5 emails to inquire about my offer letter (and 3-5 emails before the verbal acceptance), but I never received a response via email.
5. Finally, I received a call from HR stating that my candidature was being considered for the data platform team, and there would be one more call with the data platform team manager.
6. Following that call, the offer I received was for SDE-3, with compensation that was 20 percent less than my expectations, which I had explicitly stated before the process began.

In short, they wasted 1.5 months of my time on this process.
