I had submitted my application online, and within three to four days, I received an online assessment link through HackerEarth.
Interestingly, the test required all coding solutions to be written in the Go programming language.
A few days later, I was also asked to fill out a Google Form to share some personal details, but I haven’t received any further communication since then.

A lot of internal politics happens when the team settles. Once the real problems are solved, they just need to maintain software, so they can get low-paid employees and degrading the culture makes that possible without layoffs.
