If a company goes IPO, you make good money.

Cons

Other senior engineers and leadership are afraid of talented people and cannot work with them.

Chaotic leadership doesn't know what they want to do, so they're hiring all executives from Amazon, Google, etc., who are here just for money and selling crazy ideas.

Advice to Management

Trust your engineers and create a good, healthy engineering culture. Don't just tell lies to the outside world that you do that, whereas you don't.
