- Growing company. Value of Swiggy brand.
- Good office and good location.
- CEO is one of the best persons I have met. He could grow the company with such ordinary tech.
- Worst perks for old employees. People/Teams have left for the same.
- Very bad tech.
- People writing the worst code are promoted. (Not sure if this is a pro or con).
- Yearly appraisals are pretty bad. I've heard of people getting 0% hikes.
