The company will do great, as the business side is really good.
- Bad management. You are always being evaluated, leading to constant stress.
- Even if you work hard for a year, if someone else picks up a shiny project, you will be looked down upon.
- Managers are not technically strong and are scared to ask if they do not know things, which leads outspoken people to take over.
- There is always a rush to build things up, which in result is actually slowing things down.
- Somehow playing CS or doing drugs are considered cool skills of an intelligent engineer
