Awesome work culture. Easy accessibility to everyone in the company. Even VPs and CEO are accessible.
High growth. Being one of the first few engineers, I have seen the company growing by leaps and bounds in terms of the number of people, workspace, challenges to solve, and of course, salary ;)
Customer service comes first, literally.
As the company has grown, free food, which used to be awesome, has gone down. Management does change the caterers, but it looks like they are not able to find the best one yet.
Get the food issues sorted out. And maintain the customer-first approach. The rest will be taken care of by the customers.
The online assessment was held in my campus lab. It had 24 MCQs on iOS, Android, HTML, and CSS. I guessed most of these, and there were 2 coding questions. One was an easy-medium string-based question, and another was a medium-hard 2D grid-based DP
I was able to reach the second round of the Android developer intern process. The first round was a machine coding round, where I had to make a project live in front of the interviewer.
Interview started with an intro and directly proceeded with a DSA problem and LLD. Q1 - Find the first and last occurrence of a target in a sorted array. Q2 - Design Twitter (LLD and HLD).
