I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks.
I was first contacted by an external recruiter. Following this, I had an initial meeting with the internal recruiter who explained the company and its product. My next meeting was with the hiring manager who discussed the company's goals, technical challenges, and the role. They asked about my previous technical experiences and similar challenges I've tackled.
Then, I was given a challenging but fun home technical assignment. I later discussed this assignment in a technical interview with two peers. The final stage involved another meeting with the hiring manager, this time focusing on leadership experience, team management, and hiring. The negotiation phase followed these steps.
The entire process, which was conducted remotely, took a month from the initial contact to receiving an offer. Throughout this period, I was kept engaged and promptly informed about my progress in the recruitment process. The overall experience was excellent, and it provided valuable insights into the company culture and work methods.
