I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks.
The interview process included an initial system design interview, succeeded by a take-home task. This was followed by a debriefing session to discuss the challenge, and subsequently, an interview with the VP of Engineering.

Pros: Work is done really async, with very, very few meetings. The company encourages you to take ownership of small projects and bring them to completion, without too much micro-management. Good comp and benefits.
Cons: There are no clear growth opportunities (career steps), but hopefully this will be sorted out soon. Some technology aspects need to be improved, but at this stage that is expected.

Pros: The company surprised me on every level. Management is on top of things, which really gives us a lot of confidence, and employees are exceptional. The work environment is like none other. There are no processes to speak of, which is such a good thing; instead, everyone is focused on delivering.
Cons: The jury is still out, but I doubt they will ever find anything :D

Pros: - Things are very well set up for a startup of this size.
- Clear and well-thought-out onboarding tasks.
- Extremely helpful people at every turn who make onboarding so much easier.
- AI tools that are a good perk and also reduced onboarding effort.
Cons: - Needs some more standardization around engineering principles that are driven from the bottom up
- More architecture-level discussions need to happen
