The environment is friendly and collaborative; colleagues are smart, supportive, and easy to work with, and leadership is approachable. There is great energy across teams, and you can see the direct impact of your work on the product.

Cons: Priorities can shift frequently as the company moves quickly to respond to the market. Sometimes projects get reprioritized mid-stream, which can be frustrating if you like long, uninterrupted roadmaps — and you need to be comfortable with change.

Pros: - Colleagues are proactive, open, and highly experienced, leading to efficient problem-solving, learning, and a pleasant environment. - The company embraces challenging projects and encourages innovation. - Decisions are made quickly, and you’re empowered to take ownership without being blocked. - One of the best PMs I’ve ever worked with who is technically strong and excellent at building stories that convey customer needs clearly. - Strong automation infrastructure ensures seamless and reliable delivery from PR to production. - Fully remote works well thanks to proactive communication and regular in-person summits.

Pros: A really cool product. Very smart and passionate colleagues. Fully remote for some departments, and also quite a few offices across Europe (the London one is amazing). Taking AI seriously, which makes it a good place to be in the loop.

Cons: Scaling fast brings a lot of standard problems. Even with that, some areas feel understaffed.
