Process
I applied online. The process took 1+ week.
It was a 3 meeting process:
- 1st interview was with HR, we discussed the position, the role and the company. After that they asked for a technical assignment.
- 2nd interview was with a member of the technical team, we discussed the solution of the challenge and some background/behavioural questions.
- 3rd interview was with the head of product. When I asked info about this meeting they told me it was gonna be just to discuss the role and salary expectation, but it was in fact a behavioural interview, with targeted questions about my CV that were previously discussed in the other interviews.
They didn’t make an offer, arguing my background didn’t fit their expectations, where they could have avoided the technical challenge and wasting everyone’s time.
Questions
Technical: Why did you follow that implementation? Were there any constraints in the implementation?
Background: They asked me about former roles, not many questions about my current role.

Pros: A really cool product.
Very smart and passionate colleagues.
Fully remote for some departments, and also quite a few offices across Europe (the London one is amazing).
Taking AI seriously, which makes it a good place to be in the loop.
Cons: Scaling fast brings a lot of standard problems. Even with that, some areas feel understaffed.

Pros: The company surprised me on every level. Management is on top of things, which really gives us a lot of confidence, and employees are exceptional. The work environment is like none other. There are no processes to speak of, which is such a good thing; instead, everyone is focused on delivering.
Cons: The jury is still out, but I doubt they will ever find anything :D
