Pros: - A high-growth environment.
- A fast pace; ship early and ship often.
- Low bureaucracy.
- Fewer meetings and more focus time.
- Heavy AI tool use.
- A lovely London office.
- A remote-first culture that is working very well.
- People who are very capable and kind.
Cons: Honestly not much. I am really enjoying working here. There is some tech debt as a result of moving fast, but it is being addressed.
