The screening process involved four rounds.

First: An online test with basic programming questions.

Second & Third: Technical interviews. Simple questions about algorithms and data structures were asked. Interviewers offered assistance when needed.

Fourth: An HR interview, which consisted of behavioral questions. These explored different scenarios, how I handled them, and what I learned.
