Process
I was called for a phone screen.
The second round involved four people.
- The first person asked high-level system design questions.
- The second person was very rude. When I mentioned a framework he didn't know, he became frustrated and upset. This was the worst person I've interviewed with.
- The third person focused on behavioral questions and kept the interview very brief.
- The last person took me out to lunch to better understand my goals with the company, my personality, and my high-level technical knowledge.

Pros: Each team is different, but great to work with. As a big company, it moves a bit slower, but overall, it's very inclusive. The team lead is happy to work with you to help improve your career. There are many opportunities to move laterally or up.
Cons: The onboarding program is very shaky.
