Typical Process:

Phone interview/screening with an HR representative who knows little about the actual role.

Technical interview via phone with a Senior Engineer (for IT engineering roles). This person will talk with you for half an hour via phone and give a thumbs up/down on whether the candidate should move forward. I have performed this role many times for several teams.

Three rounds of interviews (two managers and one Senior Group Manager).
