Engineering Internship Interview Experience

Process

Target's interview process was very intensive.

An HR representative called to schedule a phone interview, stating that all questions would be behavioral. The phone interview lasted a little less than an hour.

Subsequently, I received another email indicating they wished to continue the interview process and invited me to meet with them in person.

There were three different groups to meet with, followed by a personal tour of the distribution center. The entire interview process took about 3 hours to complete.

While the interviewers were very nice, the process can be exhausting. Since there were three interviews, they mentioned it was okay to use the same examples if needed.
