Pros: Great Pay Great Company Culture Prepares you for all leadership challenges

Cons: Schedule. The hours are typical long retail hours for management. The issue is the timing of the schedule. There's no time to have a family.

Pros: Pay Management Skills Leadership Skills Cheap Uniforms (red and khaki are easy).

Cons: Weekends Nights Holidays All not fun working.

Pros: It can be a good place to work. The air conditioner is wonderful. The employees are great.

Cons: No one cares about you as a person. They group everyone together. If you haven't got a college degree or if you are over a certain age, then they push you out the door, if you are in management. I thought I could be with this company and retire with it, but it's a shame that the people that have been with the company for years, that helped grow the company, need to go. They bring these people in who know nothing about retail, and just because they have the college degree. That is I suppose to be the most important thing for the company. What a shame. I used to live, breathe, and eat Target. Now I don't even shop there, and I discourage others from shopping there as well.
