Pros: Great atmosphere. They really care about the guests and the team members. It's a great company to work for. You are compensated handsomely for achieving the objectives of the company, and you can move up rather quickly if you show consistent results. It's a fine balance between motivating and inspiring others while executing specific processes that the company deems important for future growth.

Cons: Target is going through an operational restructure right now, and it has some opportunities. Target didn't foresee the COVID crisis, reduced generational work behaviors, inflation, and supply chain obstacles prior to rolling out this new monumental format. This is primarily in replenishment, price changes, transitions, and online ordering. Basically, there are not enough resources to complete the required tasks. It's been five years, and the company is quietly realizing it's not working. Hopefully, they will restructure soon and create a more balanced approach between expectations and resources provided, based on the current climate.
