Set up an interview day for all candidates to be interviewed round-robin style.
Two interviewers will be present for each interview.
This occurs once monthly. All store managers and the district manager are present, and decisions are made that day based on the interviews.

Pros: Great people to work with! ETLs and TLs are great. Very friendly and show a lot of respect to customers!
Cons: Be careful when calling out. Don't do it often, and do it yourself or expect to get written up. If you're a strong worker and show up to work but are still getting written up for other "offenses," then take it as a hint to walk out the door.

Pros: Great for new graduates to get management experience. A lot of opportunities for promotion.
Cons: A lot of corporate politics. If you fit in, or you are well liked, you get a good career. But it's the vice versa.
