Great people to work with! ETLs and TLs are great. Very friendly and show a lot of respect to customers!
Be careful when calling out. Don't do it often, and do it yourself or expect to get written up. If you're a strong worker and show up to work but are still getting written up for other "offenses," then take it as a hint to walk out the door.
Expand your respect for overnight leaders and team members.
Consecutive days should be a must, as well as transfers to dayside should be required after a year or two.
