The process was pretty rigid. The first round was on campus, and they asked me a series of behavioral questions. After that, I got a callback about a week later inviting me for the second round at one of the target locations.

Pros: Not too much that really is good when you look back. It starts out very exciting.
Cons: It always looks like they pay well, but when you break down the hours you are expected to be there and then the hours you actually are, well, it isn’t that great.
